Taygraf Community Guidelines
1. Who these rules apply to
These Community Guidelines apply to everyone using Taygraf, operated by Taygram Inc. They cover public videos, posts, comments, usernames, profiles, direct messages, reposts and permitted automated posts, including everything shared in Unfiltered.
Taygraf is available only to people aged 16 or older. Users aged 16 and 17 are still minors and must be treated with appropriate care. These Guidelines supplement Taygraf’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Freedom to share; responsibility to others
Taygraf supports discussion, criticism, creativity and differing viewpoints. Unfiltered is a space for wider expression, not an exemption from our rules. Disagreement, satire and criticism are not automatically violations; threats, abuse, unlawful conduct and prohibited content may be removed.
Users are responsible for what they publish, share, repost or transmit, including through automated workflows authorized on their accounts.
3. Child protection: zero tolerance
Taygraf strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, and content that sexualizes or exploits a person under 18. These prohibitions apply even though Taygraf accounts are restricted to ages 16 and older.
Do not upload, forward, request, save for redistribution or attempt to trade CSAM. Report suspected violations using Report User or Report Content, or contact support@taygraf.com. If a child faces imminent danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service directly.
Taygram may immediately remove or restrict content and accounts, preserve narrowly necessary information where lawful and report matters to competent authorities when legally required.
4. Harassment, threats and hate
Do not threaten violence, encourage attacks, stalk, bully, intimidate, extort, repeatedly harass or target people with abusive communications. Do not promote unlawful hatred, violence or discrimination against people or groups.
Do not disclose another person’s private identifying or contact information without a lawful basis, and do not use private messages to evade these rules.
5. Sexual, violent and other harmful content
Pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, gratuitously graphic violence and other content prohibited by the Terms or applicable law are not allowed. Do not use Unfiltered to bypass these restrictions.
Do not promote criminal activity, dangerous exploitation, fraud, trafficking or other unlawful harm.
6. Copyright, reposts and creator rights
Only upload or repost content that you own or have permission or another lawful basis to share. Public availability on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, news sites or elsewhere does not automatically confer redistribution rights. Crediting a creator or leaving a watermark does not by itself grant permission.
Do not knowingly remove watermarks or rights-management information to conceal ownership. Rights holders may report suspected infringements to support@taygraf.com; include a link or description of the material and sufficient details to assess the concern.
7. Spam, impersonation, automation and platform abuse
Do not impersonate another person or organization, run scams, phishing, malicious links, spam campaigns or unauthorized advertising; manipulate engagement or reporting systems; distribute malware; scrape personal information; or bypass security or age restrictions.
Automated posts authorized by Taygram must follow the same content rules as manual posts. Artificially generated or edited material must not be used for fraud, impersonation or misleading claims about a real person.
8. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can use Taygraf’s Report User, Report Content and Block User features. Reports are reviewed as resources, risk and circumstances permit. Taygram may remove content, restrict features, warn users, suspend accounts or permanently ban accounts. Serious unlawful conduct may be reported to authorities where required or permitted by law.
To ask us to review a suspension or other enforcement decision, email support@taygraf.com. Review does not guarantee reinstatement. Do not abuse the reporting tools to silence people with whom you disagree.
9. Privacy of reports and updates
Reports and related information may be used for moderation, security, dispute resolution and lawful obligations, with access limited to those who need it. For retention and deletion details, consult the Taygraf Privacy Policy.
These Guidelines may change. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
